From order to delivered report
End to end test with 40 CT slices: worklist, upload, reading, signature and result acknowledged by the HIS.
Omdara brings RIS, PACS, a diagnostic viewer and AI into one platform, so your imaging service can receive, read, sign and deliver every study from any site.
8 s from order to delivered report in the end to end test
Many services run a PACS at one site, a RIS at another and reports in loose files. Omdara connects the HIS order, the equipment at every site and the radiologist in one prioritized list, with every step traceable.

Originals kept byte for byte and lossless HTJ2K derivatives that load progressively.
100%
DICOM validation across 8 modalities: all decoded and converted to lossless HTJ2K.
Omdara brings RIS, PACS, viewer, reporting and AI into one place, so front desk, technologists, radiologists and billing work on the same study.

It arrives from the HIS over HL7 or FHIR, or is created in Omdara with its accession number and appointment.
The scanner pulls the worklist from the Edge and images upload encrypted to the cloud.
Viewer, structured report, dictation and AI draft in a single reading workstation.
Sign with a second factor and deliver over HL7, FHIR, PDF/A with QR and portals.
Omdara agents prepare the draft, check laterality and code ICD-10 and CUPS, but they never sign, send or change the status of a study. Every suggestion is audited and the radiologist decides.

This is what a shift on Omdara looks like for the people who read, acquire and run the service.

2×4
current and prior in a single mammography view
“I open the study and the prior is already next to it, the CAD marks stay hidden until I ask for them and the BI-RADS draft is ready to review.”

0
studies lost when the site internet goes down
“The Edge keeps receiving from the MRI and answering the worklist. When the connection returns, it uploads everything with urgent studies first.”

1
dashboard for SLA, quality and billing
“I see which studies are about to expire, which reports are still unsigned and which items are ready to bill, without asking anyone for a report.”

We install the Edge on a mini PC at the site, register it with an activation code and point the modalities to its AE Title. Once the test order and the worklist are validated, the site is ready in days, not months.
Any modality that speaks DICOM (C-STORE, worklist, MPPS and Storage Commitment), the HIS over HL7 v2 or FHIR R4, the EHR through SMART on FHIR and CD/DVD burning robots. There is also a REST API with OAuth2 and signed webhooks.
The Edge keeps receiving images and answering the worklist from its cache. Radiologists can read and leave drafts locally with a PIN; signing waits for the connection to return and nothing is deleted until the cloud confirms receipt.
No. Agents propose drafts, quality checks and coding, but they never sign, send or change the status of a study. Each agent is enabled per institution after a period in shadow mode.
Each institution has its own schema, storage prefix and encryption key. Image access uses per study tokens valid for at most 5 minutes, and every query is written to an immutable audit log.
Yes. The Edge queries and retrieves from the previous PACS with C-FIND and C-MOVE, and web import accepts folders, ZIP files or discs with patient reconciliation before publishing.
Electronic signatures follow Law 527 and Decree 2364, and data processing follows Law 1581. The software is developed under IEC 62304 from the first commit; classification with INVIMA, the Colombian health products regulator, is in progress.
Yes. Omdara has a reading network module for radiologist groups that report for several institutions: it manages the groups, the contracts with each institution and the monthly settlement. Each radiologist only sees studies from the institutions and modalities they are credentialed for, and each study is locked to a single reader while it is being reported.
It is a monthly or annual subscription. Pricing depends on the number of sites with an Edge, study volume and the modules you turn on, such as the AI agents or the reading network. There are three tiers, Starter, Pro and Enterprise, and the proposal comes after a demo with your own procedures and sites.

Urgency, SLA, AI alerts and radiologist workload in one formula that each service tunes to its own needs.

What the Edge does when the connection drops, what the radiologist can do locally and how everything syncs afterwards.

From shadow mode to active mode: how to measure the acceptance of each suggestion before using it in production.
Connect your first site in days and read from anywhere with the same worklist. Book a demo with your own studies.
